PROCUREMENT MANUAL: The University of Cape Coast has prepared this manual specifically for the ACECoR project to be used as reference point for procurement activities covered by the project. The objective of the Manual is to facilitate the processes of procurement under the ACECoR project and to ensure that procurement is carried out in the best interest of the University. In line with the Public Procurement Act the manual is to:
- ensure judicious, economic and efficient use of state resources in public procurement,
- ensure that public procurement is carried out in a fair, transparent and nondiscriminatory manner and
- achieve sustainability environmentally and socially.
