Miss Cecilia Akua Animah pursued her bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science from the University of Ghana. She is currently an MPhil student in Fisheries Science at the World Bank African Center for Excellence in Coastal Resilience, Center for Coastal Management, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She hopes to gain knowledge in fish stock assessment and modelling to help sustain Ghana’s fisheries resources. She aspires to be an expert in fisheries science, contributing to the sustainability and management of Africa's fisheries to cater for future generations.
