Ms. Esinam Attipoe is an Assistant Research Fellow at the Centre for Coastal Management (CCM), University of Cape Coast. She holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Governance from the Albert-Ludwig Universität, in Freiburg, Germany. She served as the Project Management and Technical Support Officer for the USAID/UCC Fisheries and Coastal Management Capacity Building Support Project for 5 years and 6 months before joining CCM. As a researcher, she has an interdisciplinary background in natural resource management and environmental governance, focusing on the interconnections between natural resource usage and the human factors that affect their management and sustainability. She also has a wealth of project management expertise, having worked with numerous local and international organisations on various environmental and climate change initiatives that featured multidisciplinary approaches with different sectors and stakeholders.
