My name is Edem Letsu, from Ghana, West Africa. I completed my bachelor's degree in Natural Resources Management (Fisheries and Watershed Management) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2021. Currently, I am pursuing an MPhil in Blue Economy, Governance, and Social Resilience through the ACECOR programme. My focus is increasing coastal communities' quality of life while managing the ocean's resources in a sustainable manner. The ocean and its resources hold enormous potential to significantly alter the way of life of those who live along the coast, either directly or indirectly. My desire in finding ways to help those who inhabit along the seaside improve their standard of living was sparked when I became aware of this. In order to add my perspective to the existing body of knowledge, I am constantly looking for ways to cooperate with other experts in this field, attend pertinent conferences, and remain current on the most recent research.
