George Raymond Eshun grew up in Sekondi, a coastal community in the Western Region of Ghana. He successfully completed a degree in Environmental Science at the University of Cape Coast. He worked for a short period at the Food and Drugs Authority, Central Region as national service personnel.
George is currently a beneficiary of the Africa Centre for Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR) scholarship, pursuing his Mphil in Integrated Coastal Zone Management. He has a deep concern for environmental management and aspires to empower people with environmental understanding to address issues of environmental degradation and promote sustainable development.
