Korto Doecious Neufville is my name and I hail from Liberia, West Africa. I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in General Agriculture from Cuttington University, Suakoko Bong County, Liberia. I served as a research assistant specifically within the Aquaculture and inland fishery unit at the Central Agricultural Research Institute (CARI), Liberia. Over the years, I have worked with local fish farmers in terms of disseminating basic information and technical support about pond management, disease control, and feed formulation. I have participated in national and international training in capacity building and holds several certificates when it comes to the growth and development of the unit and the research institute at large. Currently, I’m pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Fisheries Science at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. After going through many years of civil crisis in Liberia, I will contribute greatly to improve food security and nutrition, support a range of agricultural activities, upon my completion.
