Rhoda Ofeibea Lamptey is an early career ocean professional, aquaculture expert and environmental enthusiast from Ghana, West Africa, with a strong passion for marine ecosystems and sustainable coastal management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture and Water Resources Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Currently serving as an Assistant Fisheries Manager with the Fisheries Commission of Ghana and presently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) at the University of Cape Coast, under the Ocean Country Partnership Programme. Her studies align with her goal of advancing research and policy frameworks for sustainable marine resource management.
