Mr Charles Abimbola Faseyi is a Nigerian. He had his Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Zoology from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria in 2013, thereafter proceeded to the University of Ibadan, Nigeria where he obtained M.Sc Zoology (Ecology and Environmental Biology) in 2016. During his graduate programme in the Department of Zoology, University of Ibadan, he was employed by the Department as Research Assistant (RA) in the integration of Africa freshwater prawn into aquaculture project funded by Israeli Government with Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel in the year 2016 which was completed in 2017. In 2018, he was employed by the Postgraduate College as Teaching and Research Assistant (TRA) in the Department of Zoology, University of Ibadan. Mr Faseyi belongs to the Environmental Impact Assessment Team at the University of Ibadan, which has been carrying out some impact assessment within and outside the southern part of Nigeria. Presently, he is a PhD student in Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) at the African Centre of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR), University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Charles will like to have skills on how the degrading coastal areas of West African countries could be revived and be sustained. And thereafter, train the next generation of scientists on Integrated Coastal Zone Management as the only hope in addressing coastal degradation issues.
