Mubarick Raj Salifu is my name, am a meteorologist with Ghana meteorological Agency (Gmet) since 2014. I had my undergraduate studies at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with Meteorology and Climate Science as a major from 2008 to 2012.
I did my national service with Gmet then was fully employed afterwards and stationed at Takoradi Airport as the forecaster for the region. I pursue my graduate studies at Hunkuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in the Republic of Korea majoring in Atmospheric and Environmental Science from 2017 to 2019 with a thesis topic in Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) Models.
Am currently a candidate for PhD Oceanography and Limnology at University of Cape Coast (UCC) under the Africa Center of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR). I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge and undertaking researches that will enhance and improve the resilience of the coastal lines and sustainability of the marine ecosystem food web to the variability of climate change.
