Paul Osei is a native of Ghana. Paul holds M.Sc. in Natural Resources Management (Copperbelt University-Zambia), with Land Use Systems and Environmental Assessment option. Paul holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture Education (economics) (University of Education Winneba-Ghana). He obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) in General Agriculture (Sunyani Technical University-Ghana).
Paul obtained his Geospatial (GIS/RS) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) training experiences from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Paul Osei is Analytical researcher, Educator and Natural Resources Manager. Paul has facilitated quite a number of international professional training programmes both on GIS/RS and R-statistics; for instance, College of Fisheries and Agriculture (University of Dar es Salaam) conducted intensive R-statistics training for diverse researchers, ecologist and graduate students, project financed by Danish embassy in Tanzania.
Also, School of Natural Resources of the Copperbelt University, Zambia, conducted intensive introduction to GIS/RS training for lecturers, researchers and graduate students. Paul Osei is currently a PhD research candidate in Integrated Coastal Zone Management (University of Cape Coast-Ghana) under ACECoR project. Paul expectation in research is to be expert in Integrated Tropical Coastal Climate Change analyst.
