The Centre for Coastal Management - Africa Centre of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (CCM-ACECoR), University of Cape Coast, in collaboration with the United Republic of Tanzania (URT) and African Union Inter-African Bureau of Animal Resources (AU-IBAR), invites researchers, policymakers, industry professionals, and stakeholders to submit abstracts for the 4th Conference on Fisheries and Coastal Environment (Blue Economy Conference 2025), which will be held in the city of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, from the 28th September – 1st October 2025.

For this year's edition, the theme is on "Addressing the Triple Planetary Crisis for Sustainable Aquatic Environment, Resilient Economies and Communities".

This conference is an opportunity to have experts and practitioners coming together to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and innovations in fisheries, coastal environment management, and the blue economy.
