I am DAHUNSI ADEOLA MICHAEL, an indigene of Ondo State in South West, Nigeria. My journey in Oceanography started with a Bachelor of Technology in Marine Science and Technology at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria which I completed in 2015.
I was privileged to be part of the 2019 graduates of the M.Sc. in Physical Oceanography and Applications powered by International Chair in Mathematical Physics and Applications (ICMPA), Cotonou, Benin Republic in collaboration with University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin Republic and University of Paul Sabatier III, Toulouse, France.
I am in ACECoR to pursue an MPhil in Oceanography and Limnology. I believe this will provide me with the research knowlege, mentorship and international experience needed to be a succesful researcher and a contributor to the growth of the budding coastal and marine studies in Africa.
This opportunity will also place me in a better position when I decide to go for a PhD judging from the problem solving and research based method proposed for teaching the courses.
