I am a committed, determined young lady and a graduate from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Science. I am very passionate about the state of Ghana’s coast and issues of coastal erosion. I have a strong background in coastal engineering, coastal geomorphology, remote sensing and GIS application with my research mainly focused on coastal geomorphology, remote sensing and GIS application.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Oceanography and Limnology at the University of Cape Coast under the World Bank Africa Center of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR). I hope to enhance my research skills and understanding of Coastal Geomorphology in order to improve on issues pertaining to coastal erosion. I am very confident that I will impact my country and the sub-regions greatly through the excellent research and technical expertise in the field of oceanography and limnology that I will receive from one of the world’s best faculty and tutors.
When I am not doing anything professional or academic, I love to visit new places, engage in some sporting activities and try some new cooking skills.
